Mattuci was recommended to us through our HOA. I was severely disappointed in their service and bad quality work.
The most disgusting part was the plumber trying to swindle us. All he did was replace a 25 cent cap in our pipes, total time of 20 minutes. He destroyed the ceiling of another tenant. Told us 200 cash or 450 through the company. As we needed to go through insurance, I needed the go through the company. I paid 450 bucks! Absolutely no reason it should have been more than 100 bucks for labor, time and parts. I will never ever call or recommend them to anyone. He tried to say my insurance deductible amount would be really high and everything else he could to get the cash. Despicable way to take advantage of people in need.

This is the owner of Mattucci Plumbing.
We have worked hard since 1990 to satisfy our valued customers. We have thousands of satisfied customers since 1990.
We have an A+ rating from the Better Business bureau.
We also have a 4 1/2 star rating on both our Yelp page and Yahoo local page. We also have over 200 Facebook likes.
We have an overall A rating on Angie's list too.
We have a platinum customer service policy on all of our work. If anyone has a problem with our service please do not hesitate to contact us. We will address the problem immediately and solve it satisfactorily.

this is a false report pieced together from a yelp review

This is a false report pieced together by 2 Yelp reviews. There is no customer "Rudy" in our entire database and if you look at "Megan M's" review of our company and "Rudy's" review from Yelp its clearly pieced together and put on here.
I believe it to be from a customer who recently had a very heated discussion on the phone with our office yesterday. If the person whom wrote this can post a picture of your invoice on this site and contact our office and speak with the operations manager, I would be more than happy to personally apologize to him and make it right.
I do not believe who ever posted thiswill do so because I find this to be completely false and inappropriate. Mattucci Plumbing has been in service for 20 years and prides it self on it's reputation and customer service and does not rip people off.
