This information here is incorrect. A message was left on my mother in laws phone by a jacqueline smith with a 301 area code, when called back by my mother in law and me personally on my own line,(her daughter in law), it stated that this is not a working number, still got the message on phone . Also she asked the person whom called her working place, jeapordizing her job, what this was related to and what was owed, no information was told to her on what she owed or the company owed to, just threats made. Any company that she has dealt with in the past has always been paid, and she has bank statements to show this, not to mention loans made on island that she has made and paid for. She has not said anything about being a manager herself, and if anyone knows when you are at WORK you are not allowed personal phone calls, as I am in a managerial position in my company and know this. MAUI COAST HOTEL, is a wonderful place to stay and has always been top in their customer satisfaction, just look it up on trip adbsor a trusted site. It sounds like this is a SCAM to me. I am always on as a reference on anything that my mother in law does, why did I not get a phone call before someone called JEAPORDIZING her job. And isn't it illegal to post someones PERSONAL information/SS# online, not only are you jeapordizing her job your jeapordizing her LIFE.

You did the WRONG THING by putting out as this persons information. Now they will have to change EVERYTHING. Wow. Just what do you think is going to happen now? Don't you know this info won't be taken down? It won't, but you will. What you did was rather underhanded and totally uncalled for and you really should expect the splatter matter to hit once this person finds out. Wouldn't wanna be you!

"she is been found convicted for Check Fraud and Theft by Deception by a company filing these charges against her." Wow, I get better sentence structure from the Nigerian scam letters I get. I didn't realize a company can find you guilty-I always thought that is what courts did.

You've included this person's SSN twice in your complaint. Isn't this against California Civil Code? Cal. Civ. Code 1798.85 (2001). "Notably, in 2001, California enacted a law to restrict the use and display of SSNs. The law generally prohibits companies and persons from engaging in certain activities, such as posting or publicly displaying SSNs" GAO-05-1016T
Your spelling, grammar and composition really make me question the validity of this complaint, especially if you represent a law firm.

You're a bill collector and you're complaining that someone was rude to you? Sorry, but you must be new to this site.
Although you user name indicates a "law office", I'm betting that you aren't actually a lawyer. I suggest that you ask a lawyer about the potential liability of revealing all of someone's personally identifying information on a public website.
I can't tell if you're new at this or just crazy.
