MAXELLA DENTISTRY Ray Partovy SCARED & SCAMMED with invisalign, completely ruined excellent credit for single mom marina del rey, California
I went to a dentist who, after being in the office having shots and periodontal scraping that he said was necessary at the end of an incredibly work day, after everyone but one assistant had left and it was 7:30 pm at night, then completely scared me into signing to get invisible braces for $8,000 by showing me photos of gross deteriorating teeth.
They handed me what looked like a credit card receipt to sign, I had no idea that they had signed me up for a credit line! I immediately called to cancel and they just stopped responding. I was unable to resolve this with CARE CREDIT/GE MONEY BANK because they said "the doctor is our client and the patient is the doctor's client".
I have a complete Log of Events, complaints filed to the BBB, the DCA, the board of dentistry, and various other agencies. I have seen SO many complaints on YELP and the BBB for this man and this company, how can a Class Suit be filed against him??? The stress was the final blow to my marriage and 9 months after this happened we split.
