Maxie Price Refuses to honor Internet price but knowingly leaves this price on the internet Loganville Georgia
On Jan. 27 2016 I called a salesman to request some information on a vehicle. The salesman told me to put my credit information in and contact him when I was finished. I did as asked upon which time they were willing to "help get me into a vehicle" and asked what I could afford. After continuing to look at diffrent vehicles I came across a 2004 Chevy Avalanche with over 200,000 miles on it listed for 1,147. After this find I immediately called my salesman back and asked if this vehicle was in stock. He said that it was and I told him I would be there to pick it up the next day. The truck has been listed at this price for quite some time however the salesman called me back and said they could not honor that price. I explained to him that this could be viewed as a bait and switch and that if this was some kind of Era it should be removed. The salesman stated hr had know control but they sell to many vehicles to worry about bait and switch. The vehicle is still up listed under trucks for under 5000 and has not been removed
