Maximum Auto Style ripoff no customer service stole 345.00 from my credit card sent me the wrong product & rude coments down the phone Near Leeds Westyorkshire england
This company was ment to send me a brand new and the latest front bumper from erebuini for my car. Which was to include all fixtures and fittings. All for the special price of 200.
Instead, i recived the old bumper with no instructions fixtures or fittngs. Also no invoice, recipts or any other proof of purchuse documents.
Also they waited intil after recept of the product before ripping off my credit card and making my account overdrawn.
Then when i called to sort the problems out. I was told i had my product and should be greatful. Also when i kept caling trying to talk to the manager about a refund i just got palmed of with one rude excuss after another.
They then started to give me verble abuse and put the phone down on me. I hope that other people will see this report and chose not to shop with them as i know how it feels to be ripped off by maximum auto styling and do not want anybody else to go through this the way i did.
