I have a 2003 Mazda6 which is 5 years old, at 25,700 miles I have had to replace both front brake rotors which the pads from the brake pads have dug into my rotors I was told that the rotors were undersized, both the remotes to my 2003 Mazda6 have stopped working and new batteries don't work either I was told that it is $48 to replace each remote and $48 if they have to be re-programed which is $144 and basicallly if reprogramming doesn't work I'm out the money. The dealer ship I bought my car at Irvine Mazda has closed its doors and the corporate office in Irvine California were rhude and did not want to help me, also at 5 years old and $25,700 miles my headliner is coming apart.

Irvine Mazda also sold accessorie packages when these vehicles were purchased and lied about them and now other dealer ships will not honor any of the extra purchases, when you call the corporate office your basically told oh well they were self owned as are all the dealerships.

Mazda will not help us customers and honor the name Mazda. There customer service department lies and is very rhude. I have made numerous calls and have been treated horribly. I have many cars mostly Fords I have never had to replace rotors especially at such a low car mileage, when my remotes stopped working we changed the batteries and boom they worked again, I have never had a headliner come apart.

Mazda is the cheapest car I have ever owned and the biggest piece of junk. When I owned Fords I could call the dealerships or the corporate office and I was always treated with the respect.

Just remember Mazda doesn't care!!!
