Mazu Publishing Company did not refund the full amount of the money paid after material was returned. Hillsboro Oregon
2 days after ordering the materials I decided to cancel the order. I tried to contact Mazu Publishing with no results. I returned their materials in an unused condition.
After contacting my credit card company, Mazu only refunded 25% of my money. My credit card company said that this was a sufficient refund after contacting Mazu Publishing.
They change the terms and conditions of their refund policy every month. At the time I was told I could get a complete refund. That has not happened. Very disappointing.

We did exactly what we said we would do

Bernard got exactly what we said we would do. He bought a course and mentoring for $300 ($150 each). Mentoring is not refundable (as explained on the site). He was down to $150. To get a refund on his course, he only has to take a simple test. We do this because people have a digital copy of the product that we can't get back. This shows that people have actually looked at it. Bernard didn't so he got back $75. Exactly what the site said he would get back. The credit card comapnies knows this stuff which is why they didn't do anything. They said the matter was closed. We honor our guarantee. Again, we did exactly what we said we would do. We no longer offer a money back guarantee but have opted instead for a free 30 day trial. It works much better.
