i have been trying for over a week to get some type of help with a issue that have with a update (build update) all i get is my time wsted, excuses, and constantly hung up on by managers and supervisors as well there online chat support get disconnected on n help at all, apparently they dont honor there own policy/promise.

on site click support at top than contact support than bottom right is that above promise, there tech masters are no better
 
seems they can careless at all about there customers we're just a disturbance to them
they are rather fascist in my opinion as they want an answer to what ever they want or ask ( without delay) but yet they will not answer even a simple question. they love to use the term "not cooperating" as an excuse to refuse to do anything, strange how were not cooperting when we expect or want help or an answer to a simple valid question which they refuse, but yet they demand we do what they want and how they want
i had a ron sit for almost 1 /2 hours in silence on a call last night and he did same night before a supervisor could careless both times i complained
dont expect any help at all from any supervisor or manager when you call that also includes there tier 3 people in texas where it appears any complaint made at corp office goes to them. they do exactly the same make excuses wont answer anything and hang up
just my opinion but this isnt how we the customers should be treated , strange how they ( supervisors and managers) say its not acceptable than next minute do the same. i would think that they would want to know about an issue that they put into an update but apparently they dont
perhaps when they start losing customers they may care.

still getting nowhere with mcafee they have now decided to silence me and refuse to let me talk to anyone all i get is hung up on now after there prepared excuse

get no suport or anything jsut denied

i was also told that they will do away with me and just give me a refund, nice how thy treat there customers wont deal with any complaint or issue and discard them

they alledgedly are suppose to give me a refund for what i'm owed ( over a year left on my subscription) and they are refusing to do that as well
