Mcdonalds ripoff served raw chicken sandwiches Beaver Pennsylvania
On Saturday 22nd of November 2003 I went to the mcdonalds in Beaver PA. I used the drive thru, ordered 1 mcchicken meal 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 apple pies. I was told to pull up they would bring them out. After 15 min.wait they came out.
I went home and the wife and I started to eat. After eating 1/3 of a sandwich I told my wife it didn't taste right and noticed the chicken was pink and totally uncooked as just from the grocery out of the package.
I got the receipt and called the store. They told me to bring them in for exchange. I told them I didn't want anymore of their food.
I put everything in the bag in the refridge and took it down the next day. The assistant manager looked at it and immediateley took it to the back of the store and told me they would replace it. I again told her I did not want any of their food, just refund my money.
She said all she could do was replace and headed to the back of the store and said she did not have time to talk. After my son told her to give the sandwich back or he would call the police, she brought it out. I have since reported to dept.of health and the agriculture dept. this resturant is only 5 min. from the chi chi's that had the hep A. It seems funny they would not be more careful after 610 got sick.
