MCE Technologies Company ignores my inquiries for information on returned unit under warranty Irvine California
I puchased a Quickstream DV/HD unit from this company by spending $ 900.00 . The unit did not perform properly. I contacted MCE and they gave me a RA# and I sent the unit back. They say they received it September 10,
2008. There is where it ends.
I am unable to get ANY answer if the unit will be repaired, replaced or anything of this nature. I have talked to almost anybody in this company, Benjamin,Richard, Rich etc.---every last one refers me to "Arnie" which is NEVER in. In my entire life I have not seen this much disregard towards a customer.
They are simply ignoring any call, never return a call even though promised, never answer an e-mail, my phone bill and time spent reach proportions which more and more justifies involvement of a lawyer.
I feel I am totall RIPPED OFF. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!You will regret it !! This is the MOST incompetent outfit I have EVER dealt with, their incompetence and unwillingness to return the unit I paid for (repaired) or replace it with a new one since still under warranty, borders on FRAUD !!! Because they have my money AND the unit and are not cooperating at all !!!
