SUCKED IN BY MCi WORLDCOM WIRELESS AND MCI WORLD COM. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR BILLING PRACTICES AND THEN SEND TO COLLECTION.
I THOUGHT MY FAMILY AND I WERE THE ONLY ONES MISTREATED BY THIS COMPANY. MY MOTHER RECIEVED 3 CELL PHONES FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY HAD ALL THE PHONES SET UP ON DIFFERENT SERVICE PLANS. WE PAID THE BILLS AND THEN FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS THE BILLS STOPPED. THEN THE BILLS STARTED COMING AGAIN RETROACTIVELY FOR OVER 1000.00 FOR EACH PHONE. FIRST OF ALL U CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO THESE PEOPLE AND WHEN U DO THEY ARE RUDE TO U EVEN THE SUPERVISORS.
THEY EXPECT U TO PAY FOR THEIR ERRORS. THAT IS NOT THE WORST PART. THEY CUT OFF OFF THE PHONES WITHOUT TELLING US AND TO THIS DAY WE ARE STILL BEING BILLED AFTER THEY CUT OFF THE SERVICE AND SENT MY MOTHER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY.
I DO NOT THINK THAT IT IS FAIR FOR A COMPANY TO SO CALLED BE PROVIDING U WITH A SERVICE AND THEN WHEN U HAVE A PROBLEM THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS. I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
