The customer service is horrible and the billing is fraudulent. This company should not be allowed to do business! I signed up for what sounded like a good service "contract" with this crooks 3 months ago. My problems started the day i signed up. It took them 2 weeks to get my phone on and once it was working it took another 9 days to get my voice mail activated.

Two weeks later i received a bill for about $140 more that i should have paid, never mind that i didn't get to use the phone for half that billing period. The "contract" that i signed up for was not the "contract " that i was being charged for. I was placed by who knows who, since no actual people work there (try calling), into the lowest plan and charged for every call.

After fighting the phone robot for what had accumulated to hrs on hold over a period of days i was finally able to get a live person, and i use the term "live" loosely. Once i explained to this woman my problem she asked me to send via snail mail a copy of my contract" to them so that they could get everything resolved.

She also told me to send a payment for the prearranged price to them. I sent a copy of the "contract" and a payment. No one called so I assumed all was ok, wrong! About 2 weeks later i received another bill that was for $0.00 which made me feel that all was fixed. Two weeks later i received another bill along with a letter from the accounting dept telling me that i owed them $400, give or take a few dollars.

Once i came down and examined the bill closer i noticed that the plan was still the same, i had been charged for things that i had no idea i was liable for. I tried for 4 days to call and get in touch with "anything" and all i ever got was "...due to a large volume of calls we are unable to answer your call right now, please call back at a later time. This went on for days until i finally got someone on the phone.

This person asked me to fax him the "contract" and he would take care of it all immediately. He asked me to send them a payment for the amount on the "contract" and he would take care of the rest. Once i received confirmation that the fax had been received i felt better, thinking that there is no way they could not get this right now, wrong!

I sent the payment again and went on with my life. Yesterday i received a bill once again for the amount of $786.30 my phone was turned off today and i can't get in touch with anyone. There is no change on the plan there are no indications of payment and i am getting to the point where i'm thinking of going to their store and inflicting serious bodily harm to anyone that is wearing an MCI shirt! This is outright unacceptable!
