Before when I signed the account on 11/11/2001 I lived in San Jose, California, the plan $29.99, 250 minute any time and 1000 minute Peak Off from 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM Sat - Sun 24/24 include Long distance Which my cell no. 408-219-2451 and after that I moved to Denton, TX 76210 on March 9/2002 and I called to your Customer Service to changed new number 944-368-4955 of your service because I living in the new area phone for convenience to use in local erea, on the confirmation 4101251 and I ALSO to notice my new address to mail my bill. I did not open new account.

About 3 weeks late after I got active the new No Mobile service, The company disconnected I've to call to Customer Service and ask why that happen and they referred me so many different phone Customer to call and check every thing of my SS# old address, new add, old cell phone, new cell phone what happen and they connect again they said some thing wrong inside you company service.

Meanwhile I still receive the my bill statement to my new address and I continued to pay the bill but I discovered the account statement of my old Cell phone number, I called to asked and I also email too ([email protected]) to Customer service (1-800-745-0255 and asked them why this, they answered this ok because they keep the old number on the statement as I signed on open account but every thing ok on your new Mobile number (940-368-4955) but the email they never reply and answer too me.

Even I've send 3rd times letters. Right now I still did not receive any statement on the new phone number (940-368-4955) but I revived the collect bill I did not know why?? And any detail to explain. I ve called at 1-800-507-9545 they ask me fax the bill I have paid, and I did, but they still intented send the letter collection.

When I still continue to pay the bill I thing as it the right bill while the thing were wrong from your Company did, I wasted a lot of time to spend to call and waited on the phone to Your Customer service so many time, to talked about this cell phone number but still mistake.

So why I have to pay 2 bill, 2 account when I only used on phone number, I did not open the account phone number 940-368-4955 I only change the phone number from 408-219-2452 to 940-368-4955,

I ve enclose all the Statement Service mailed to me and I have paid. the other bill on new number I never got it.

I'm looking forward of your pay attention of this matter and going to resolve this problem
