I purchased a digital phone from mci and upon activation was suppose to have my mci analog phone turned off. They never did turn off the phone which generated 3 more months of base bills and the digital phone never worked correctly. Upon the fourth complaint I asked it to be turned off and returned. What they did was credit the first 30 days and kept billing me. Because I can't prove that it was suppose to be terminated they expect me to pay a 300.00 dollar bill and when I argue this with one of their reps I feel that they are laughing at me and saying so what catch us if you can. They say they are forwarding it to a supervisor and my call will be returned, it never is. I hate dealing with these people and urge others not to.

If a class action lawsuit starts up I want to be included. And yes they have extremely long hold times. They are not worth anyone's time to deal with.
