Last bill was $ 526.61

And I understand about the late fee, but I cancelled this account, so why are you charging me a monthly fee for the phone?

My new bill is stated @ $ 568.29!

$ 41.68, late fee!?!?!?!?!

Late fees! Is their no final balance after you cut off my service? Is their no final balance after you have still charged me a monthly fee, after I have canceled this service? You still want late fees after all of this runaround, because of your problems, in billing your customers? Was I supposed to have a large amount of money waiting to pay you, whenever you came around to getting me a correct bill? Then after you tell me to wait for the last bill, then you SLAM me with a large due amount, and then when I can't pay for it in full, you cut off my

service, and still bill me for a monthly fee!

I specifically asked to have this account cancelled, and I was to wait for the final bill, and then I would pay that, but it seems as if you are still charging me to have this phone, and I refuse to pay it, as I have turned this service off months ago.

At the time I called, the person, mentioned that I would have one final last bill, and that I should wait for it, as it is a last bill. I did, and I see that now your billing me for the phone as if he did not turn it off.

Basically, you cut off my service, after you racked the bill over $ 400.00 due to your problems with billing!, and I offered to pay $ 100.00 month until finalized, but it seems that you want to keep cut my usage from this phone, and on top of that bill me for a monthly charge, as if I did not ask to have it cutoff.

WHY?

You cut me off, then you bill me?

It seems that you have treated me in a way that suits you accounting department, and your profit concerns. You wait to bill me months later, as you are changing the billing, then I am supposed to pay my bill in full? You send out monthly bills, and expect to be paid monthly, but now you want a lump sum! And because I can not arrive at this total bill amount, you cut my service off? And you bill me a monthly fee on top of that!

Since you feel it OK to treat me in whatever manner you decide, then I can only feel the same way, and pay you in whatever manner I decide.

The coldness, and lack of communication between your company & I, I will not worry, and I would think you should not worry as well, as I will pay you money.

Bill me what you think I should pay, and I will pay you what I think.
