I received my cell phone back in August 2001included in my plan was 120 anytime minutes, and 1000 weekend minutes, plus a bonus 200 minutes per month promo.

I have had trouble with my phone since thenI never received a contract, never received a bill (even though I called every month and they had no record of my account)I received my first bill in December for the balance, which did not include my 200 promo minutesspend days and days on the phone, talk to over 25 people, and they still couldn't get it correct.

My phone has been out of service since 12/10, sent it to Motorola and they said it had water damageNO WAYI have had trouble with it since the beginning (they never sent out my replacement phone).

No they say I need to buy a new phone. I cancelled the phone and now they are trying to charge me $250.00 early cancellation fee (which I did not know about because I NEVER RECEIVED A CONTRACT). They said that is my fault.

There is no record (except for my own) of any conversations I had with these peopleWONDER IF THEY DO THIS ON PURPOSE????? I will not pay this feeand if I have to I will fight it out in court!!!!
