MCI ripoff deceptive towards customers calling plans Nationwide
I switched long distance companies due to over pricing, I contacted MCI. They assured me that I will have a one rate plan for my home and calling card for about $30.00 a month.
I recieved a $357.00 bill when I used my calling card for one month while I was away from home. I tried to explain the situation to MCI, they basically called me a liar, but lowered my bill to $250.00 a month for a $2.00 cahrge a month.
How fair is that, MCI lied to me abut thier calling plans, and turn around and call me a liar when I told them that the calling card was supposed to be part of my plan!
Since I am away from home, I relied on that card to take care of things while I was away, When I had a phone call for a new job opportunity, they refused to even discuss my phone card, they shut it off until I pay the $250.00. I explained to the female that I will be paying this, and shutting off my MCI service.
For me, I make $250.00 a payday sence I pay my child support, does this means half of my paycheck goes towards my phone bill?
After four phone calls, MCI basically told me I have no voice in the matter.
