If you're looking to rent a home or apartment, DO NOT rent through McKenna Property Management! If you absolutely have to rent through them, don't expect to ever receive your security deposit back. They'll charge you to remodel their clients home! With me, they sent out a maintenance company called Sell Ready Handyman Services located on 9101 W. Sahara Ave, 89117 and they'll charge you for a long list of fictitious repairs at enormous prices, which I can only assume they get a kick-back. For example they charged my security deposit for $65.00 to replace light bulbs that were brand-new, and $240 for Venitian blind (sells at Lowes for $39.00) that worked perfectly. If I had suspected they were crooks I would have photographed everything before I left, but I never thought anyone could be this dishonest. I'm out $1500.00, if you don't want to be next I'd Stay Away!
