Febuary 15th, 2014 we purchased a 5th wheel RV.  We still have not received our plates as they have not completed the sale. Our finance company called to ask us if we had the title transfer in our possession.  After talking with the DMV. I found out they did not complete the transfer for our RV.  McMahons also took our money for extended warranty and a trident protection package.  After speaking with the Trident protection company I was told that they have no record of our purchase .  This was a 1,900.00 additional charge for us. McMahons took the money and did nothing.  Our extended warranty is also no good. which was an additional 3,000.00.   This company is now shut down.  You cannot contact anyone to get information.  I plan on filing a law suit to recoup our loss.

When Marcus Lemonis, the CEO of Camping World tried to clean this and buy the company called McMahon RV he dug deep and did not like what he found. It seems he has so far walked away.

s ever seen, I thought it might have been some grandstanding by The Profit.ll make two insurance payments as well.Unpaid payroll liabilities are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. That means dozens of dedicated workers have not been reimbursed for their labor, which is putting their families under intense financial pressure. State departments of labor often take a dim view of companies that rip off their employees. Aggressive collection action by the state on behalf of employees is often swift and severe, as it should be because the workers are entitled to compensation for their efforts.

Extended warranty policies purchased by consumers, but not submitted to the warranty companies now totals more than $700,000. That means hundreds of McMahon customers think their RVs are covered in case something breaks, but they won’t find out until later than they really don’t have any coverage.

Consumers buying new RVs have forked over $500,000 as down payments or to pay off the purchase in full, yet the money is unaccounted for and the consumers are waiting in limbo to find out the status of their transactions. This is money people have saved for a while with the dream of owning an RV — now shattered by the unscrupulous conduct of an RV dealership.
