BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!   I purchased this Software after seeing this company advertise at "The International Congress of Esthetics and Spa shows, here in South Florida and would stop by to ask questions and was excited to hear every year there was ALWAYS something new and exciting! So in 2016 I purchased the software ,being told that I would own it out right and I could sell it if I decided to sell my company, etc. I was put in a payment plan and later decided to purchase a Lenovo laptop from them as well, I was told if any issues it would be best to purchase through them and not knowing much about computers or technology I purchased it,to be added on my payment plan.

Later in Feb 2017 I found that the software was not a fit for my practice, but figured I could utilize the software to help with issues of

making appointments, reminding patients of their appointments, etc.

September 2017,I experienced my new laptop, no longer working, I contacted Brad and informed him, he informed me because it was a couple weeks after its warranty there was nothing he could do and referred me to someone close by that wanted to charged me $350 to take a look at it? I had someone I know look at the motherboard and it was determined the motherboard wasn't any good, only after a year and a few weeks?

I decided to continue using google calendar and old fashion call reminders instead on looking to purchase another service for the text blast reminder, that MDware said they could offer. To find shortly after receiving my new laptop, that I was locked out of the system again, this has happen before, to be told I would have to purchase a tech support of $75 for 30minutes to get logged back in/ I did so and with in 2 days after I was locked out to be asked to pay again! I asked to speak to Jeff and Brad and both told me that my software,in which I was told at the show I would own out right, needs to be updated? So there's the catch, purchase the software but continue to pay for updates? I believe I was told $400 a year?

Early this year 2018, I paid it off, thinking I could sell it,but felt guilty knowing this is what a new owner would go through?

Had I been told this intially I would HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THIS SYSTEM! I cant blame myself for not knowing it was not knowing what to ask, and I dont understand technology, so for the patrons that attend these conferences, its misleading to make a sale and not be upfront! I waited a few months to write this review, because as a business owner, I know how people are quick to head to their keyboards, but if this can help one person in making the decision to go with another company,it was worth it. I have heard stories of new business owners being out hundreds of dollars from software companies, but $7000 is a hard reminder every month when I see it on my credit card statement. I wish I would have done my research to know this company has had problems in the past. Based out of Ontario,Canada. In the future I'll buy from a company in America. Truly, Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of
