I initially purchased New Wave software several years ago and even though I have been using it all these years I have not ever received a proper instructional guide. Whenever any problems have occured with the software and I have had to call their tech department they have been very rude and unhelpful, even to my computer service person.

I did purchase the software that was recommended to me by Blake Rector the owner and now that the software no longer is working on my computer, he says that he would have never recommended that the software was sufficient for my needs and of course I need to pay more money.

I was put off during my phone call by the tech by saying there was and issue with my account, then Mr Rector comes on the phone to tell me that I should pay and purchase more software. Well I've already done that now I have to pay more!!!

I am a small salon and do not need a super powered operating system nor do I have the money to pay for such a system. This company needs to take lessons in customer service as Mr. Rector stated to me that he has done nothing wrong in his opinion.

I only have to watch as they set up at  trade shows to sell their programs and hardly speak to any of the attendees, never saying hello or demonstrating the product and lying about how great the service is.

So I can see how now the company have rebranded themselves by renaming the product and different website but when you call you still get the same shitty service and rude employees.
