Rob Smith has a history of ripping off local small businesses that he hires to do sub contract work for him. He also does not have a plumbing license so legally cannot do any plumbing work for sprinklers. He can lay the piping but cannot legally turn on the water for sprinklers. He has ripped off previous partners as you can see in the other report....this is true.. I worked for him also and he does brag about how he makes out like a bandit because the small businesses he ripsoff can't afford lawyers to fight him. He has screwed many of his employees out of pay and threatens them when they try to collect. He changes the company name often. Look on the Better Business Bureau website and see for yourself how many times he changed names to avoid lawsuits. He has customers sign contracts then does not live up to the contract after getting paid. Dont pay him half up front!! He knows people cannot afford lawyers to sue him. Think twice about hiring him for installation of anything on your property... he takes short cuts to save money. Dont understand why local villages and towns still let him do work in the areas. Spread the word about this guy!! He's the definition of deceit!!

I looked on this site and found out that Meadowbrook owned and operated by Robert Smith is incorrect. He did my front and back yard last year and did a wonderful job. I heard about his partner who got greedy and stoled his money and equipment. and then tried to destroy him by putting false information on the internet about him. This partner and his wife wrote many letters of complaints to the state and other net services. This Partner has been being charged right now and is in court proceedings. This Partner is being sued by the owner also. Do you investigate people who write complaints? Or do you just take them at their word and let them destroy other people lives and businesses.? Do you ever try to talk to the person who has been discredited to get their side of the story. Wrong information can ruin a person's business. You should be careful on what you let print, you can ruin innocent people.
I personally believe that these complaints were written from his old partner, wife, his family.
