I like to warn all people about MEADOWRUN BUILDER, RENAISSANCE HOMES,
MRB and MEADOW CREEK.....all of them are same company with president GERALD GAY and son GERALD GAY JR. This people just try to build houses but what they are doing they used others people money to build new house get them ruined their credit history and lives or bring them to bunkrupcy......and than take the house and put forclosure......We try fight with them but no help they all are big family here...all layers and everybody works togethrs ...there is no rights for people. Before you make first step to this company think about it...they just one big lieing company full of s**t....
We started with them in May 21, 2006 and our house is not done yet...our intrest went up from 7.50% to 11.75% from January 2008.....we pay rent $1,200.00.....we went to see lots of layers but there is noone who can beat them.....we got all papers to show that they tried steal money from us because they told us that we need septic system ( with their estimation of $12,000.00 ) cost $23,000.00 and they ask us for different but we did not gave them this money they made deal with us (they words ( City bank mortage company gave us promision to do that)....to eliminated
BACK DECK, SUN DECK, FRONT STONE and STONE ON FIREPLACE, APPLIANCES,and job my husband did (INSTALLATION TRIMS, DOORS, KITCHEN CABINET AND VANITIES for credit)......I called CITY NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY and I got paper from them that they did not gave them this promission. Thats mean they did this behind their back...that is FRAUD...but it is not enough....They asking for 4 stage money ($36,900.00)
but 4 STAGE is not finished....there is no garage door, concrete slab, excavation, back desk, sun deck, porch, no finished plumbing, no septic and water in the house......electric is not complete.....my husband installed trims, doors, kitchen cabinet, vanities we boughtmaterial for painting, railing and fireplace, my husband did all instalation we did floors in kitchen, and all bathrooms....and they ask us for $36,900.00 and gave us credit for $8,000.00
We can not fight with them because we do not have someone who can help us......everybody works with everybody.....we will loose our house , money and time we spend there....money for construction intrest...money for traveling from NY to PA.......we lost lots of money our health, house everything.....and we are not first people and not last.....if someone can help us and others people please HELP US.......People do not be scare we should get together and fight them....
