Interestingly enough I have been waiting patiently to see if the results will speak for themselves and had LIPOZAP cancel my last two appointments...is there a process to get that money back? Nothing is offered in the email and phone voice message when YOU cancelled the appointments? Please advise.

I read LipoZap's rebuttal and I had to laugh at their continual deceit and lies. To claim that I was angry because they wouldn't treat me..what a crock!!!! Basically, they didn't want to give me back my $$$$$, that made me MAD!! This place could write a book on lying to your customers. If they were so concerned about my health why did it take over 4 months for the refund? I'm still laughing!!! They only knew about my report on RipOff because I told them I had filed it along with a complaint to the BBB, emails to the media and that I was seeking legal action if I didn't get my "full refund" by April 18,2008. Does that sound like I was some kind of "lipozap" addict and just had to have it? My angry emails to "client-no-service" never asked for treatment, only my $$$ back. My health is very important to me, so important, that I refused offers of "other" MedA procedures...yeah, they offered them in place of a refund. The only reason I stepped foot in that place again, was because my daughter was having the procedure (we had signed up together during a special offer) and I accompanied her. I would suggest anyone having "refund" issues to keep up the fight and others "Don't believe the Lies".

The above blogger unfortunately could not have our treatment due to medical reasons. We have strict medical criteria for treating and we will not treat anyone that we do not feel is medically appropriate. We told the above patient that we could LipoZap her if she had a simple medical condition treated by her family physician. But she never had this condition treated and kept on coming back for LipoZap. So, of course, we kept on refusing to treat her. This made her angry, but there is no way we will LipoZap her until she gets her medical condition appropriately treated. The bottom line is that she refused to get her medical condition treated so we kept on refusing to do LipoZap on her (as is medically appropriate). This made her mad but we refunded her money and still told her that she should get her basic medical condition treated for general health reasons. It would seem more prudent to get her basic medical condition treated for her own health reasons and then get LipoZapped. It also would seem much easier. Unfortunately, no matter how irritated a client gets with us, we will NEVER treat a patient who is not medically appropriate. We wish her well and hope that she gets her medically condition treated before it causes her health problems in the future. She has been refunded.
