i am so aggravated i don't know where to start.
well i applied for medchoice to get my laser hair removal. my monthly payment was $78 and i paid on line. on one payment i guess i made a mistake with the card number and the payment did not go through, yet i received no e mail, no phone call to let me know that and to give me the opportunity to correct the mistake. instead i went on thinking i paid in time. so imagine my surprise when the following month i go on line to pay the bill, and not only they have blocked my on line access and i now can pay only by phone (which they charge $10 fees for that) or by mail, they charged me $30 in late fees.
now, since i can not access my account on line to pay my bill and i need to mail it to them you can imagine i was late the following month too and when they did not received the payment on time they decided to charge my credit card WITHOUT MY KNOWLEGE OR AUTHORIZATION!!!. when i saw the charges i was sure i am dealing with fraud and i disputed the charges and went through all the hassle of closing my bank account and opening a new one.
off course that month i was charged again with late and other charges fees. this time i was charged $150!!!! in fees.
i tried to e mail them and call them with no luck. their 866 number give you no option to talk to a person. (believe my, i spent 25 minuted on the phone trying to see if i can talk to someone) and with their 800 number you reach an answering machine that is too full to leave a message.
i e-mailed them again today, letting them know that if they will not get back to me to solve this issue i an washing my hand from them and ignoring my payments like they are ignoring me.
