Media Distributions GINGER SCAM ARTIST ON STEROIDS Houston Texas
I was sitting in the Ciao Bello parking lot off of San Felipe, when a red head, with a stocky build (steroid user most likely) approached my vehicle. His name was Joshua Gregory Frank and he shared a phone number with me 225-993-4446. I was not sure what he was selling and then he told me it was television equipment. It was a projector, and some other items. My first thought was why this guy was giving me such a great price for what appeared to be stolen merchandise. I was never going to buy any of the equipment but I watched him beg me to take it for next to nothing. He kept saying, "Stop telling me what you can't afford, and start telling me what you can". I immediately got into a defensive posture, and told him I wasn't interested. He persisted, and kept lowering the price. I told him I didn't have a need for this useless equipment. The sad part is this guy makes a iving being a scumbag, and I wish there was a cop there. These kind of people don't deserve to have freedom.
