A contract for services was negotiated by Byron Williams and signed by Media One Online, LLC., Harold Holmes, 29481 Marimoor Dr, Southfield, MI. Custom programming services were performed and invoices sent. Clients received invoices and ignore. Sent them to collections. Turns out that Byron is a veteran in "being someone who doesn't pay his bills".
Mr. Williams has 7 judgments against him as of today including a small claims judgment for $251 from a Keith Rowley, a civil judgment for $1335 from AIS Services, a civil judgment for $1703 from Capital One, a Federal Tax Lien for $11,969 from the IRS, and, another civil judgment for $1439 from another Capital One account.
