Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma Dr Paul Varughese Dr. Varughese held my infant son against his will after discharge. Kidnapped Durant Oklahoma

Dr Paul Varughese basically kidnapped my infant son on 11-11-12. My son was discharged at 9:22 am but we were told we couldn't take him home. We kept trying but Dr Varughese and the hospital staff wouldn't let us. During this time an Oklahoma state cop watched us and told us we couldn't take our son home even though we had every right to do so. At 12:48 pm Dr Varughese orders his staff to lock my son up in the nursery until they could find a way to have CPS take him away. At 1:51 my son was discharged to CPS.
Dr Varughese and his nurses lied to me and about me. They drug tested my son and I which came back all negative but they didn't care. It was obvious that Dr Varughese didn't like me by the way he treated me and when you read his reports.
If you're a single woman with no family and limited income be careful where you have your child.
It took me 1 1/2 years, thousands of dollars and a change of address to get my son back. He is traumatized by what he went through in 8 foster homes and 10 moves. Five of those before he was a month old. He was neglected and abused by the system that was supposed to "protect him".
Know your rights and don't be afraid to stand up for yourself and family. I knew I was being lied to by the Dr, hospital staff and police but didn't know what I could do. I knew I didn't do anything wrong but I also didn't know my rights. I never thought anything like this could happen to me because I'm a good person. After doing some research I've learned that stuff like this happens all the time but rarely makes the news.

If possible then if you have (give birth to) any other children in the future, then go to some other hospital. That technically is not a kidnapping! You said it yourself that those people know each other and they know people in high places. This is very common behaviour for small towns so of course the Doctors and the CPS and the Poe Lease are "in with it". I doubt you can get any where with filing any claims unless you are "in" with them as well. Now, you have your son back, right? So you should move forward. Perhaps to move forward, you should move to another town, or perhaps to another state would be best.

First of all they had no order to keep him. The Dr ordered my son to be locked up because he heard some lies from my son's father's family. We were both drug tested at birth and BOTH negative. That family has friends and they are also a part of the Medical system. Some are or have been in law enforcement.
His l*****n cousin and girlfriend want a blood related child to raise. They intentionally hurt my child and neglected my son while he was put in their care for a few months. How do I know? My son would come to visits with bruises all over him when he was an infant. He had severe diaper rashes that were open sores oozing and bleeding. Yes I took pictures and YES I've reported it. Did anyone do anything? No. How do I know he's traumatized? Because I'm his mom who loves him and sees him suffer everyday.
Why now? If you would have read or retained what you read you would have known that it took me this long to get my son. That I couldn't take any actions until after I was released from the most corrupt system.
It makes me sick that ignorant bafoons like you think that someone has to do something wrong to be a target of someone's else's malicious intent. Go ahead and pull your head out of your backside and do some research. Horrible things happen to innocent people everyday. Then people of low intelligence, lack of morals and empathy come along and re victimize them again.

Your child was not "kidnapped". The child was held by the hospital and police because they had a order to do so. No one can take any child without probable cause. So what is the reason you are posting this report 2 years later?? How do you know that your child was " traumatized by what he went through in 8 foster homes and 10 moves. He was a baby!! Can you prove this??? I am sick of people who have no business being a "parent" who "think" they were "abused or lied to". This is only YOUR side of the story. And NO I do not work for the hospital, dr or CPS. So when are you filing your lawsuit?
