I tried calling this "school" to set up classes. No one ever answers the phone there whenever you call. I tried various times on different days and times and you're "lucky" to get a call back at some random time if and when you leave a message. And if you don't catch their call - IF they call you back - "good luck" trying to call them back at this "school" where no one answer the phone for some reason.

I was emailed the school at their email address listed (apparently it was recently changed b/c I got an email back stating that they had a new email address) an a “student adviser” there emailed me back and we went through a few emails back and forth (I was able to get somewhat of a response this way – by email – not everyone emails and most all of us want to TALK to someone at a school we are potentially going to spend lots of time and money at for our careers) and I got anxious to get started and I sent my money to register for the classes, $250.00. I called them the next day - I leave a voicemail - of course because no one ever answers the phone at this "school" and no response the whole day. I finally got a call back from my two voicemails I left about a day or two later from a "financial adviser?" (Iwas in the middle of work to take this call knowing I would never get a hold of them again if I try to call them) and since Terri couldn't answer any of my questions in her emails to me regarding when classes start, how do I pay ... nothing – as a Student Adviser should be able to do and help you with. She was just just "very excited” in her first initial email to me to "get started,” but she doesn't know much else.

This "financial adviser" (who the call was supposedly from, a “financial adviser of the school – oh “sure”) who couldn't and did not answer any of my questions and didn't even talk unless I pushed to ask her something - just sat there on there phone in silence. Then I asked her how the classes work and when do they start, she didn't know the answer to that either and I would have to speak to someone else – an “instructor” at the school to find that out (WTH?) - and she wasn't around to talk talk to either, but "she can have her call me tomorrow" - Mid day tomorrow comes around - No call from "Donna" the instructor, or anyone else for that matter.

I email Terri back to get an answer - because no one answers the phone at this school! - and she is very rude saying she doesn't know what my problem is because we have been emailing back and forth several times. Sure, but with NO ANSWERS to classes, money how to set things up or get started, nothing! - just yes and no answer to basics that mean nothing in signing up for classes. I needed to talk to someone who knew what was going on at the school - apparently no body does. BEAWARE OF THIS SCHOOL!!! I have since emailed Terri back and tell her I want my $250 refunded to me as I no longer feel comfortable attending such a so-called "school" her response to me was "good luck in your future endeavors"

 

What a “school” !!! SCAMMERS – CON ARTISTS AND LIARS!

I have been a student at MTCI for the last 3-4 weeks.  Miss Vanessa, our instructor and Jacqui her Student Advisor are two of the most honest, hardworking and dedicated people I know.  I was a 74-year-old student in her class.  This lady has encouraged me and has been so forthight in her answers to me regarding questions I had during this course.  Jackie, I have never seen her lose her cool. Our class had 11 students.  At the end of her class, we all became so close, like a team.  I have been on this earth for a long time and my advice is to always remember "A soft answer turneth away wrath".  You can ruin someone's career and their lifelong work with one vitriolic report.  Talk to her and find out how forgiving and peaceful she is.
