MEGA Productions, Inc. Erika Combs-Teirney Scammed by Mega Productions Snoqualmie Washington
Erika Combs-Tierney, President of MEGA Productions, Inc. has not paid me for many events that I worked for her company in Salt Lake City, UT! I was booked for 11 days, and I worked all 11 FULL days and was only paid for 4 days. Those first paychecks werent paid out until I had contacted her asking where they were she had mailed them out to the wrong address. I finally did recieve those checks, after clearing it up with her!
However while waiting for the rest of the 7 checks, I contacted her and asked where they were. This was She said I lost out because of fraud! 1 no show day and 1 day I left at midday. She said that it was fraud on my timesheets for those 2 days. I said I never once no showed. She responded to my email "No, That is not what happened!!!!!"- very unprofessional. She was not even at the event. I work all hours scheduled and did not leave at 1 to go home. She said she will foward me the managers email on this. I asked her to please send me those managers emails. She never would! I contacted her several times asking for evidence of this and then she just stopped responding.
I have all timesheets signed, photos of each event, and the managers took photos of myself at my display and I also signed the managers logs. I have witnesses of when I left and came into work. There are also cameras at costco. I left at 1 for lunch, which maybe what she is referring to, but came back. Even if she wants to say 2 days werent worked, what about the other 5 she is not accounting for? I asked her to update me on which days she has paid me for, she did not respond. By her lack of correspondance and unprofessionalism is a obivious sign of a scam agency. The days of the events she would call my cell phone number, and leave a voicemail for another girl saying where are you your have not checked in. I called her back to tell her she called the wrong girl. Then she called my number and did it again. She posts constantly on craigslist, looking for new talent and was desperate to book me all days and even asked me to drive 1 hr one way a few of the events and I agreed only if she pay travel and she agreed to that in writing. These events were from May 2013, it is now December 2014 which it has been 7 months! She owes me a total of $744.00
