In April 5th 2013 i was bringing my 2002 Ford E150 Van to Meineke shop auto repair in Manchester 290A Broad St ,to change my brakes, and oil change. I paid for the service $400.43. After 3 weeks, on May 5th i went back to them to replace F Ball Joint- , Upper & Lower Ball Joint, which according with them needs to be replaced. I paid for this service $638.10. Well after three weeks my car broke down.
Well after three weeks my car broke down. I was driving my car on the highway and all of a sudden my brakes wont work at all and i have could not control the wheel, i stopped the truck lowering the gear. I towed my car back to Meineke again ending up paying for this from my own packet , and they told me the right front wheel collapsed, and the spindle assembly broke ,also the bearings and everything else they change before, and i have to pay another $469.37 in order for them to fix it. I pay for this to be fix it , i pick up my van after three days of waiting to be done and i ask them if they check, if everything else its going to fail and they "assure" me i am good to drive the van with no problem. The second day after i pick up the van on May 24th , going on the highway, i find out i have no power on my gas pedal. I went back to Meineke in Manchester, the same place i fix my van for three times in one month, and they told me , i have to spend another $700-$800 plus three hours on the labor , because i have problems with the cilinders on the motor, because they missed fire, spark plugs damaged after three days sitting in their shop. Never have a problem like that before. Since they first touch my van everything start broken down. I assume ,the problem start on the first place when they change the brakes.I check the reviews online about them and i realized i am not the only one having the same problem . Can somebody do something about this please, because somebody can get injured or die on a crash accident because of their incompetency. I would like somebody to check on them, the way they are doing their job, and if the employee are licensed or if they qualified to do car repairs, because, i am very disappointed, i spend a lot of money in not even a month, after they assured me the van it will work good after what they fix, and all of a suden now i have to spend more money because i have motor problems. How its that possible? The van was running very smooth before they start the first repair.I was ready to flip over on the high way after they fix my car, this is inadmissible, we pay them to brook are cars.
