i was havving brake problems on my drivers side and the brake pad was destroyed and cut into the rotor.after inspection the calipher was bad as well.then ,checking the right side the calipher was burnt and the pads needed replscing which i agreed to replacing.i told the guy at the desk that i did not want the lifetime warranty.because companies double charge for this and i'm retired on a fixed income.after checking on the prices of the parts that's what they did double charged me for parts then gave me a 50% discount on a double charged brake pads.this company is a rip off.i would not recommend using this company.i'm going to file for half my money back...

You failed to state the year/make/model of your vehicle and how much they charged you.  How are we to know you were truly "ripped off" if we don't know what you were charged and are unable to compare this price to what everyone else is charging?  If you didn't want a warranty, why didn't you just bring your own parts in and ask they install them without issuing a warranty?  By the way, despite your illiteracy displayed in your first post, your second post filled with cap's and YELLING is completely inappropriate and ghetto...especially when you have provided absolutely no facts to back up your supposed rip off.  And, I don't of any place that offers a lifetime warranty on any brake component except for the pads/shoes themselves.

I  TRIED TO WRITE A REBUTTAL TO GBWALKER BUT DROPPED OFF LINE AND I'M NOT SURE IT WENT THRU SO HERE IT GOES AGAIN IN SHORT FORM...I DID NOT SAY THAT THE MIENEKE EMPLOYEES WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THAT THE REPPAIR WAS NOT DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER OR THAT THE REPAIR WAS NOT CORRECT...COMPANIES DOUBLE CHARGE DOUBLE PRICE FOR PARTS THEN SAY COME BACK TO A MIENEKE PAY FOR THE LABOR AND WE WILL REPLACE YOUR PARTS FOR FREE..NO YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE PARTS DURING THE FIRST REPAIR.I DID NOT WANT THE WARRATY..I SPOKE TO MY MECHANIC HERE IN VIRGINIA BEACH AND WE GOT A LAUGH OUT OF IT..WARRANTY NO THAT'S NO WARRANTY YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE PARTS AND MAY NEVER USE THOSE PARTS...THATS A RIPPOFF..I'M GLAD THESE PEOPLE ARE YOUR FRIENDS BUT IT'E THE CONSUMER OUT HERE THAT IS TAKING THE BEATING,,,KGMERRYMAN

Hey Buddy, I have been going to the Meineke in Lewes for over a year. I have never been to a more professional automotive repair shop. From what I have seen the folks at the counter care about the customers, they go out of the way to make sure all customers are happy. Truly remarkable!
I have gotten to know the owner and there is no way he over charged you. Did you speak with him? I suggest you contact him directly and if this is valid he will make it right with you. However you post this with no details? This is BS
