Meineke staff and owner very friendly and eager to help with my non working A/C.Over 3 months they could not fix my A/C after bringing my car in 3 times.It was fixed for a day then did not work again.Also i found missing bolts and caps from the mechanics work.The last time they added a can of sealant in system to plug any holes.It ruined the system completely. I was Not a satisfied customer.

 

I took my car to the authorized Mitsubishi dealer in port richey and it was fixed perfectly the first time.System had been contaminated with stop leak and hose lines,dryer,leak in condenser was fixed.It cost me alot to fix my car but i will ALWAYS trust the Mitsubishi dealership over independent car care shops.

I posted my car repairs at this spring hill drive location to warn

and help people pick the honest mechanics.

Sorry to have upset THIS owner for damage control posts 

for his meineke franchise. Everything HE posted was UNTRUE.

I was not aware that this customer wasn’t satisfied or aware that they AC didn’t work.  We repaired the Ac system with all new parts and all parts had warranties.  If there was an issue we would have resolved it no questions asked. 

There was not any sealant added to the system.  That was present before we started working on it.  Customer was informed of this before we started any repairs. System was flushed and cleaned at no extra charge.

We did warranty out the brand new compressor (factory defect) no questions asked and no charges at all.  System checked out just fine and blew cold.  Did a follow up call with customer one week later and was told everything was good and customer was very happy.

We are a very reputable shop and make sure that each and every customer is taken care of. If the customer would have informed me of the issues he had we would have resolved them.
