went to meineke on 10/23/13 for estimate on 2004 altima that was making strange sound and not driving well.was told we need new engine this one was blown out .said ok how much would this cost is it even worth the fix spoke to joesph this whole time who says he is manger/owner and can hook us up in his words he calls around says he can get engine for 600 used plus labor we ok the proscess he says car will be ready next day. go back next day no car ready and now we need more work wich we will have to get financed for and engie now at 1,100 for used i give the ok because i figure car will be in good working order .now promised car ready next day go next day car not ready or next day car is finally ready 10/29/13 and total 2,499 because i needed brakes and other engine parts sign finance contract for amount agreed. two weeks ago i get another finance copany trying to take money out of my bank account who i have never heard of in meantime other finance company has been getting payed since nov 2013 .i have no contract with this company it has not even been 90 days and car is back in shop they say motor mounts. car is now there for three days because i refuse to pay for what should be covered. i spoke to joseph on 1/14/14 who says he is owner/manger does not have to give me his last name .during this whole process these are some of the rudest people i have ever had to deal with almost 3,000 dollars and you dont have time for me and you cannt give your lat name to report to meineke corp.we are not even at are contract 90 days same as cash. bottom line very rude people and bad work dont get caught there its a trap......

ANYONE giving an irate customer their last name is asking for trouble and possibly violence on the job and possibly at home.

One would be MORE than foolish to give out this information.  I would suspect that Meineke's corporate offices can easily figure out who he is.  You REALLY don't need to know this unless you're planning some of the mayhem I mentioned above.

I worked with the public for MANY years and would never consider giving some of those psychos my full name. There is NO good reason to do so under ANY circumstances.
