I took my car to Meineke and they did my brakes and charged me $191.65.
Less than a few hundred miles later I heard grinding and felt skipping when I braked.
I took it back to Meineke and was told it was my right wheel bearing making the noise not my brakes.
I took it to another car repair service and they said I was dangerously close to having my brakes fail.
They also said that my bearings were fine. I paid them $600. to fix my brakes.
Also, Steve at Meineke refuses to give me a written estimate for the wheel bearing job.
They are always working on police cars-and I hope our taxpayer money isn't gettin ripped off because I sure did!
