There also must be a timing error in Chris Sanna's post since he said he was the manager at the Fenton store "long before" my post was written. Really? Because I found your online resume via a simple search of your name and city and you were only there from 2008 to 2009.
Please be more respectful of your customers and don't lie when you post rebuttals.

I just ventured back to this website and read what Chris Sanna wrote. This person has really has made himself look bad with all the misspellings and rudeness in his answers for being a store manager. For one, he is not the manager of that store anymore (Fenton and not House Springs) and two what kind of manager speaks to a customer the way he has typed his answers. Even if the issue ended up being a miscommunication the service at that store was poor. When you take an item to have a simple thing done to it into a store then the store calls and tells you they broke something on your car and then also hold your car hostage basically until you pay for the damage is just plain wrong and not good business. I actually spoke to another Meineke shop in Arnold, MO and this store manager was appalled at how we were treated and what was done. He said at his shop if something goes wrong when the car is in their car, the shop pays for it, not the customer. This is how it should be; what a poor manager this Chris must have been. I am surprised he has he audacity to tell me that I dont know the whole story. Wow, any manager where I work would be fired for talking to a customer like that because you are accusing the customer of lying.

Can Christopher Sanna of 5516 Wagon Train Drive House sPrings MO please learn to spell? This man is unethical - he is an alleged rapist (www.dontdatehimgirl.com) and was convicted of a DWI. he spends his life in a rock n roll band, drinking and doing pot. So is it any wonder he cant take responsibility for his own actions, let alone those of the company he represents. Anyplace that lets him manage it has a serious lack of caring for their customers. I think Chris posts on this site alone speak to what kind of man he is - uneducated, irresponsible, and always placing the blame on others. Its never his fault - he didnt do it - his company didnt do it - it was the customers fault of blah blah blah. Run dont walk from any company this man represents. . . . He will lie to your face with the greatest of ease then laugh about screwing you over.

After talking with the technition that worked on the vehicle. He reminded me that this vehicle had a universal drain plug in it. These universal drain plugs look alot like a drywall sink. They have a piece that sits inside the drain pan then you screw into that. When we went to remove the drain Plug the other part fell into the oil pan. If I remember right (might be mistaken) the customer told me the father put this contraption in. This is a temp drain plug. Its not supposed to be a permanant fix. We where not the only people to service this vehicle either. This car had alot of people working on it including the father. This was something that needed to be done. This was a definit Misscomunication Between us and the husband and then futher the husband to the wife. I bet the wife still doent know the whole story. Well now she does. Store MGR Chris Sanna

I looked thru are records and could not find a customer with this as a last name or first name. Im not saying it didnt happen it just seems odd there is no bill of sale. It is possible for an oil pan to go bad over time( in order for a drain plug to brake it must have been on really tight). Alot of people come to us for the $19.95 oil change, then go somewhere else if there is a coupon for a better price. My point is that if this customer where loyal to us they would have had more ground to stand on with the "you stripped out my drain plug". Your pan I am assuming was an aluminum oil pan and it is possible that they tried to help you out by installing a larger drain plug wich could have split the oil pan. I think the ASC father thought the oil pan was metal. Wich in that case it would be rare to see a split oil pan. Im not aware of this complaint and have been the acting store MGR of this location long before the date given. Mb it happened on my day of but I still would have been told about it. Why do I have no recolection of this whole mess? Again im not daying it didnt happen and I am trying to be compassionet about the problem, but If I dont know that you are upset I cant help. please remember we dont have time to think of or even try to sabatoge people's cars. We just roll with what comes at us and try to inform the customer. Store MGR Chris Sanna

The drain plug is made of steel. The pan will be either steel, or aluminum. If there was a problem removing the plug, it is the fault of the last shop who did it. Removing a plug is as simple as lefty-loosey. If the plug does not unscrew easily, it is NOT the fault of the person unscrewing it. If your dad was really any type of mechanic, he'd know this. He's not, and Meineke is not at fault...unless they installed the plug at your last oil change.
