This is easily the most cynical company that I have ever done business with in my entire life and they need to be shut down. As most have overwhelmingly said, I was a member of a martial arts studio that used Member Solutions for their billing. I received PCS orders as I am in the military, and they refused to honor that. I initially faxed the orders along with the relocation form filled out and signed just like I was instructed, then I waited for a week to receive a response. The response I received was this: “Please provide your permanent change of station orders or orders confirming the length of your stay in ********.” Number one, these were PCS orders. So I am already a little livid in the fact that their incompetence crosses such a threshold. Number 2, the dates of PCS were on there and they were right next to the new duty station location. Ok, fine these people are either completely stupid, or they are trying to pull something on me. So I decided to call. The woman I talked to apologized and told me to resend the orders and she will personally see that they are properly looked at. Fine, thank heavens this is might be over. A little later on, I received another email saying:“We have reviewed your request in reference to cancelling out your account due to relocation. Please forward a copy of your regular permanent change of station orders for review.” What. The. **** . Needless to say, I was to a point of pure rage. I called and demanded to speak to a supervisor. This guy was a lot a fun to talk to. I told him what happened and he gave me the same crap that everyone else had given, so this time I demanded to speak to the idiots that were not reading these orders properly. And he told me “I cannot do that sir as they do not take calls”. Okay fine, tell them to look at the orders again, tell them that they in fact are regular PCS orders and tell them that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the orders that I was providing. “I will personally see that this is taken care of sir”. After a little bickering back and forth (from my end mostly) we hung up. I waited for a response that I did not ever receive from him. So I called him back and we basically went through the same dance number that we previously had. Nothing changed. Now, today I received another email. “Yes we have received your orders. We have reviewed your request in reference to cancelling out your account due to relocation. Please forward a copy of your regular permanent change of station orders for review.” It never ends.
