I was conducting a search for several people and came across this website. I signed up and paid for a life time membership to access many different databases.
The first time I used the site, it worked fine. I found DMV records on the person I was looking for.
The second time I used the site, I received message window requesting payment when I selected the "Details" button. My account information clearly shows I am a lifetime member.
I selected the "Contact Us" button and an email message window displayed. I yped in detail the issue I was having. I didn't receive an email for two days. The email stated the website was having a problem and they were checking on the issue. They stated if I sent them the names and search criteria, they would process the searches for free. I replied back with the names and information for 5 people. I received an email with only one of the names I was searching for. The company provided two links that did not work. So I basically received nothing! I continued to reply to the emails, which were answered by a different person, even thought I reply back. Each one told me the same thing - give them names and they will provide the search for free.
I have not received an email from the company in one week. Tonight I emailed and demanded my money back.
