Memories Direct They Upsell you without telling you. Charged Credit Card for more than ordered. As Seen On TV Internet
I'm not surprised to see other reports on this scrapbooking company seen on TV. Are they even a company?
No complaints on the amount of time it took to receive my items. However, they were not the items I ordered. I wanted the $39.95 set and was charged (and sent, I assume) the $79.95 set.
I agree with the other post that said all you get when you call is an automated system and they try to sell you 25 different things, one at a time, which is absolutely ridiculous. And they NEVER give you the option of speaking to someone, NOR do they give you a total of what will be charged to your credit card.
It all seems very shady. I will gladly return the items once they send me the requested postage paid envelope. In the meantime, I will dispute it with my credit card company.
