Tal Hart Admistrative Contact & Technical Contact of Domain Name Memory-of.com has ran away to Israel with hundreds of thousands or possibly millions of peoples money that they gave to Memory-of.com to secure a place, to make a, website, within the Memory-of.com domain name. They paid by Pay Pal , or mailed in a check, or had it debited thru there bank account. My website was gone July 14, 2012 when I tried to access it. It came with error messg, encrypted page. All search engines on internet with the domain name of memory-of.com show error messg. you cannot get into the Memorial Site. hosted by this Tal Hart from Israel. There is no address , or phone number for him or Memory-of.com. I found out he had TRIPLE debited peoples credit card monthly for same service, as there is a complaint site set up and people are writing in, claiming FRAUD. And no way to get ahold of him, and that he won't return a call or respond by email ever. I called the servers.
Basicly what I think he has done , is put all the money in off shore accounts and ran. Or has it in Israel. And has just ran away from the account Memory-of.com. Soft Layer in Dallas and Houston Texas confirms that they are the servers for NS.Telnet.Co.IL and NS1.Telnet.Co.IL in which Tal Hart is adminstrative Technical Contact and Adminst. of Memory-of.com. Tal Hart is responsible for the sites being down, and debiting the peoples credit cards for the hosting the sites, allowing the sites to stay up on the web, and recieving the cash and checks thru the mail. The State Attorney General needs to force a Criminal Investigation into this matter, and if need be , bring in the F B I to look into the internet Fraud, and other crimes being conducted by this man. people like myself have lost there beloved memorial sites they put up of there loved ones, and it has deepley hurt, and harmed us in a very cruel way, and a class action lawsuit along with criminal charges needs to be gathered as soon as possible.

After 5 days with no phone calls or any phone number listed anywhere to get ahold of this Tal Hart as to why the Web Sites were down, it finally came back up today, July 18 th 2012. My husbands site is back up. What I ve learned about this Memory-of.com hosting, etc... I will never buy anything else from them , I won't purchase a book of my husbands website i paid a lifetime fee to have forever at memory of. Because there is no office located anywhere in the states for this bunch, or a phone number where you can get anyone on the phone personally, and they do not write you back for support when you have a question. I dont trust my credit card info with this bunch, Tal Hart , the owner of Memory-of.com now. I see where others have had a big problem with there s being deducted each month after services were paid. So to purchase a Book of my husband would be like Okey Dokey, here's my cash, go ahead rob me, and hide in Israel. No thank you. I m done......
