i ordered a product awhile ago, paid a next day air ups shipping, got the item and guess what, instead of sandisk 2GB RS MMC, i got a fricking RIDATA 2gb MMC.. and its obvious thats it fake. contacted live support been told ill get a full refund including the shipping i paid, i returned the product..but only got a half of what i paid for!! i talked again to the live support..told me id get an email from their department concerning this.. nope..no email..waited a day more..nothing still.. talked to the live support and told me id get an email shorty..days passed..still nothing.. so i talked again to the live support..named kevin, guess what he just told me..sorry for the incovenience.. bye. so i did a little research and found out i wasnt the only one.. these guys will send you wrong and fake product..stay away from them!

ordered a 512MB DDR333 SODIM Samsung RAM in January of 2004. Paid in full with VISA. Received the package 10 days later. The RAM was TMG (NO NAME) not Samsung ! I called customer support and they told me that it's Samsung TMG. However, the RAM died after 3 days. Called customer support and explained the situation, they agreed to have the item returned and get a full refund. After 2 weeks, I finally get an e-mail confirmation for $109 USD refund. 2 days later, I checked with VISA and was refunded just $89 USD, 20$ short. Tried to contact sales and RMA department, spoke with a young lady (Anna) requested to speak with the manager, she said it's impossible because HE DOESN"t HAVE A PHONE NUMBER !!! the only thing I got was his name: Leo Friedman and an e-mail address: [email protected] Have sent an e-mail and no response ! All attempts to speak to someone who could help or deal with this situation was a total waste of time ! Very dissapointed with this guys ! STAY AWAY OF MEMORY SUPPLIERS ! Lousy service ! Lousy products !
