[email protected] Men Pa'w gourmet hot sauce in June 2010, I paid 499.00 to do a Trademark for my company with DIRECTLEGAL. Two days ago my new distributor went online to veryfied that i had done the trademark and my company name was not coming up. i immediately google directlegal only to find out, they were a fraudulent company. In June of 2010, I had contacted directlegal in order to TRADEMARK for my business..On their website, you can choose packages from basic to premium. At the time, i had also spoken to someone on the phone who took the information about my product, i then emailed them my logo paid them$ 399.00 and i received the email confirmation. Here we are today 4 years later, I was in an interviewing with a reputable distribution company to represent my products, who happened to ask me the question: Did you do a TradeMark yet? And i said yes. He stated to me, we can check it online right now.. i replied okay. He immediately log in to site, did a search for my company name and it wasnt coming up. Later that evening, i went to search on directlegal.com in order to contact them as to why my name was not coming up and this was highlighed RIPOFF REPORT ABUSE on Directlegal's website in red. Ive been had. They ripped me off!!!
