Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We were one of the dummies that bought into there system.

We were promissed things that didn't happen.

The salesman said he could possibly reduce our amount by $4,000 but he would have to get the ok from John Beck. If not he would see to it that we got our money back, he had done this a gentleman before. This was on a wednesday and he would call us back on monday. On friday we received the last of our information.

Guess what he didn't call on monday or anytime since.

On wednesday we tried to cancel 3 days after we received the last of the information but customer service said it was to late we had to cancel three days after we received the first information.

We tried to explain what had been promissed to us and customer service said he didn't have the authority. The only way could get our money back was to hurry and learn the system and get it back that way.

I have made several calls with no luck. Our coach did give me a name to try. So I called this person at customer service. We argued over the phone, she said she had us on tape oking the purchase so there was nothing they could do the sale was final.

I told her it was promissed to us that we could cancel if he couldn't get our amount reduced and that I had all of our conversations on tape and we will see which tapes the courts would believe. I said I wanted a copy of the tape and she said that wasn't possible.

Then she said she could reduce our amount by $4,000 since it was part of what our salesman was trying to do. I said that wasn't good enough because he also promissed to return our money so why could you do that instead since he promissed. She said she couldn't do that.

As of 6/30/2006 that was the last coversation with mentoring of america.

You CAN get your money back from Mentoring of America despite what they say, and here is how to do it.

#2Consumer Suggestion

Richard, Congradulations, you have found the right website. Mentoring of America just very recently got sued for the 3rd time, because they continue to violate consumer protection laws. Currently, the state of Utah is taking legal action against Mentoring of America and is assisting victims like you that were cheated in getting their money back. It's even been on the news. After I filed the consumer complaint form below, Mentoring of America complied and sent me via overnight mail, a hand signed refund agreement for the FULL price that they cheated me out of. It was more than $7,000. Here's how to get your money back from Mentoring of America. You must file a complaint against Mentoring of America with the Utah Divison of Consumer Protection right now, while they are getting sued and the state of Utah is taking legal action against them. Copy and paste the link below to your internet brower for the complaint form that you need. http://consumerprotection.utah.gov/downloads/complaintform.pdf Print out this form, fill it out completely, and mail it out right away to the address that's on the form itself. Do not put this off for later. Do it now if you want to try to get your money back. If you still have that "Enrollment Confirmation" page that Mentoring of America sent you, and told you to sign and return to them, staple a copy of this page to your complaint form and send it in also. Put a tracking number when you mail it out and keep tracking it. When you see that it arrives, follow up with a call to the Utah Division of Consumer Protection at 1-801-530-6601. Talk to investigator Ao Pauga about your complaint and form, or with any other investigator who may also be handling this case. I have these bogus trainig calls recorded on tape, and soon I will be handing these over to the Utah investigator in order to help further substantiate consumer complaints they have received against Mentoring of America. From now on Richard, record any phone conversations on tape that you may have with any of Mentoring of America's employees. Come back here and let us know your status. It will serve to help other people who are coming to this site for the same reason.
