Here again - if this is true that this customer did not receive this refund, why are they posting it on here? How do they think that will help them receive it with NO information provided? If they were truly interested in receiving a refund they would contact us directly. We are easily reachable.

Warranty America does not sell directly to consumers, nor does it handle financing.
