Merchant Account Solutions Whatever you do, DO NOT get involved with these thieves. They can be found under Merchant Account Solutions, Merchant Solutons Integrated Card Services, and who knows what other titles. I never signed up with them, but did ask them for information and filled out a form. They sent me the reader with the understanding that if I used it, a small percentage would come out of each transaction (like the reputable company Square). This did not happen. I did not notice the initial charges coming out of my bank account until it was too late. I NEVER ONCE used the reader or their service, yet they started charging $20 per month. Again, I did not see this, because the fee shows up in your bank account like a debit card transaction.
I finally noticed when they took out over $50. When I called to ask why I was being charged for something I had never used, I initially spoke to a so called "customer service" representative named "Courtney(she would not give her last name)." Eventually this led to a discussion with Anthony Herrera who is apparently their local henchman. He made derogatory comments, expressed contempt for my profession, and made threats towards my business. This organization is extremely unprofessional. They act like a collection agency, not a customer service based organization. Maybe that is because they are made up of 18 or so uneducated, unethical, morally corrupt thieves. Either way, stay away from this business. They are the worst of the worst.
