Be Caution of Merchant Focus; they simply take your application, approve you at A HIGH RATE; waste your time; place various limitations; take payment and later cancel the agreement/contract as they change their their terms and agreement blaming the client. The are within a breach of contract and simply blame the client. Use a another merchant provider to process your new merchant account. Other merchant that we have called also agree with the decptive and unfair business practices of merchant focus (Ipayment indicated that they are a new company;therefore conduct procedure such as this) Complete waste of time!! REMEMBER YOU ARE ABOUT TO OPEN A NEW BUSINESS AND WANT TO SUCCEED; YOU DO NOT NEED TO HASSSLED/ABUSED BY YOUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY. WE DEALT WITH KEVIN HILL, MIKE P, AND BLAIR??? IN THE UNWRITTING DEPARTMENT.
