William Edward Morrissey III was the owner of Merchant Solutions Group AKA Liberty Merchant Group until recently. At the present time he has a total of 27 investors and counting scammed out of $20,000,000 and counting. The company was doing business as a cash advance company, funding small to medium size businesses with necessary cash for improvement via whatever means they saw necessary. Here are a few faulse articles regarding the company's business dealings most of which orchestrated by Billy Morrissey himself with the help of a publicist R Coury & Associates who charged $ 5,000 - $ 15,000 per month to promote this scam of a business and the rest were published as press wires by Billy Morrissey:

Billy Morrissey had investors who were not just people drawn to his business through false articles, what made it such a horrid act is that he robbed his closest friends and family of their savings, pension funds and kids college funds. Many are suing, some have made complaints to inspector general's office and some to the Federal Bureau of Investigations but he is still out there enjoying life as usual using scammed monies from his X-closest friends and family.

Be aware of this Ponzi scheme ladies and gentlemen, the business doesn't exist any longer, the office was closed by the landlord for non-payment of rent and the investors are outrage.

Do not give this man any money and do not believe a word that comes out of this mans mouth!! There is no Merchant Soultions Group for a while now, there is no other company, there's no office, there are no more employees; he's the CEO of absolutely nothing. Any proof stating otherwise is all forged - pay stubs, tax returns, bank statement, etc. This man will draw you in, give you a sob story, then once he has your money, it's endless excuses and lies. All checks bounce and payments return for insufficient funds. He will take your money and use it on rent or to buy designer items that he truly cannot afford. But don't be fooled, this man owes a lot of people money. Once people start to question or figure him out, he runs off and finds new victims. When asked about any negative comments about him, he will say he has many haters in the industry or people are just jealous of him - typical. Steer clear of Mr. morrissey to avoid being manipulated, cheated, and scammed!

After reading the report I recognize a gentleman who had cleaned out many of my friends and i out of our savings. Billy Morrissey is a fraud and will not stop at anything to use his past online presence to rob you of your last dollar. What he did to everyone I know is terrible and uncontionable. Billy Morrissey will use his sob story of a dead father who was an army man and a dead sister who was a doctor studied in Italy and a sick 80 year old mom who is not sick at all to get under your skin present him self as the good guy and then offer for you to invest and get "unbelivable" returns. Mr Morrissey will take your money supposedely to invest into deals with businesses and will spend it all on high end stores, his rent or will pay back some other investors so that they invest even more. He normally will wait and pay you at least 3 times until asking for more. Meanwhile he pays you back with your own money or some other poor soul's. He had recently opened a new Linkedin account he is the CEO of MSG he claims but make no mistake the company does not exist and any proof he might provide is forged.
