The same thing happened to me, but I caught it the day after they took it out! Mine was for a "health plan". Saturday Holdings Inc, has both the health plan and the legal services plan. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I hope everyone will do this, so we can stop them or at least have them investigated! I also have a Ripoff report on here, look it up, to see what happen to me! The health plan is called Peoples Health Express!

My account was charged 39.95 for 2 months and on the second month i called discover and legal club monthly and was told they would only refund the current month -- too bad about the first month --- i told the girl she worked for thieves and scammers and she should know that. She hung up on me but im calling again next week - i want my money back.
Im not sure but a couple of months ago i got a call from an oriental woman saying she was updating my information for discover and i had a feeling then it was some sort of a scam where they try to get you to answer other questions and tape record the yes answers and fill in the blanks on another recording if that makes sense.
When i talked to discover they said that this legal club monthly had a recording of someone authorized to make decisions for the company approving this. I am a sole propriotor but my word isnt good enough.

Exactly the same thing happened at my business. A Discover card change showed up on our bank statement two months in a row and was titled "Legal Club Mthly." I knew we hadn't ordered that. When I called Discover they gave me the number for legal club and they readily agreed to refund the charges. It is really frustrating that Discover accepts those charges without authorization.
