Mercy cudney court document assistance Unprofessional, unethical, over priced, unkind LIAR! Van nuys California
I have know Mercy Cudney since i was 15 years old, she was a long time family friend. I was going threw a bad divorce and she offered her services to me, she did the divorce paper work for $650.00 dollars.The paper work was returned 4 times due to some pages missing, everytime i would call her to let her know she would just blame it on the court. My relationship with my ex got bad and i had to file for a restraining order and once again Mercy Cudney offered herself again. I accepted her help because she knew the case allready and this time she charged me $400.00 for the paper work. Well i went to file and once again a few more pages were missing, i spend 5 hours in chatsworth court house with the volumteers helping me redue the paperwork. One of the ladies helping me asked if i paid someone to do the papers for me and i reply yes, the lady sed to me that i waisted my money because the work was incomplete.
Finally i filed the paper work and i called Mercy Cudney to let her know i had filled allready and that i took 5 hours because the papers were incomplete, once again she blamed it on the court. Later on Mercy calls me to tell me she wants to help me serve my ex with the restraining order, because if i give it to the sheriff to serve my ex they could loose the papers and it would take them upto a month to give it to my ex and once again she offered her son to go serve my ex husband for only $80.00 dollars. I decided to go to the sheriff office and they serve my ex for FREE! Mercy called me and sed " i hope they dont loose your papers because there stupid like that but whatever". Well i text Mercy later that day and asked her if she can give me a discount on what she charge me because half of the work she did was incomplete, she replied with anger and sed if i dont pay her she would sue me and call my ex husband to help him take my kids away from me, and that she would call child services to say that i was abusing my kids so they can get taken away! I was in Shock wen i read her text i replied with a simple Apology if she missunderstood my question and all she text back was "karma is gona get you and my Lawsuit. plus she called my grandmother to threatend her and called her names.
Mercy was a long time friend of the family and i never expected such horrible threats from her, but if she can do it to me that ive know her since i was 15 years old she would do this to anyone else. Mercy Cudney is a selfish, cold hearted, Unprofessional, On ethical, horrible person. Please dont be fooled by this overpriced women, the court will help anyone with filling it just Requires a little time but going to Mercy is a waist of time and your hard earn money. Since i know Mercy from a long time I advice anyone to Keep Away from her, she is full of hate and if she dosent get what she wants she would do anything to get you! She did it to me that she called me " family" shes not holding back on anyone! MERCY CUDNEY is a SCAM and a LIER! STAY AWAY FROM HER!
