Last May, 2004 I got their credit card.... since then I have had nothing but problems with them. I made my first payment on line and click on "one time only" and they are still trying to take it out of an account I had to close because they were taking massive amounts out of my checing account and made a big mess for me.... added charges at the bank and everything. They are adding charge after charge to my account and at this rate I will never get them paid. I am so sorry I ever got their card. Also, I called and asked for the paperwork for the Hardship program and it was promised to be mailed out over a week ago and I don't have it yet. I am so sick and tired of messing with them. Wish I could get some help somewhere. They keep calling my house even after I called and tried to make arrangements to pay some each month. I was told by one man who called that he would call me every 5 minutes if he wanted to. Now I can't get online to their site to try to cancel all of my account information out.... I am going to try to fax them AGAIN and tell them the account has been closed and stop trying to take money out of it. Thank you, I am soooo sorry I ever got their credit card.
